Why no working on WindowsXP?

Support board for people running on (retail/OEM) Windows XP (32/64-bit).

This is a self-serve support board for our community. The development team can't provide any support for Windows XP (and compatible versions of Pale Moon for it) any longer.

:sick: :sick: :sick: :sick: why All palemoon browsers are not working on WindowsXP ? And why that error coming after I install palemoon-27.1.1.win32.installer.exe from its offical website. (while I try open that accplication from its shortcut ...... it says this " It is not valid 32bit application " error . but There are not this error on its portable version but it working only for 1 second in windowsXP. then automatic self closing program without giving any error or message XD.

Also, the installer does a check and would normally tell you if you are on an unsupported operating system. The portable of course doesn't have this check, but Pale Moon 27 won't work because it relies on kernel features not present in NT5.* (Windows XP/Server2003)

Why are you using Windows XP...?
It "expired" years ago, and it not safe to use.
You should upgrade to a newer O/S instead of complaining about Pale Moon not working... ;)
