Also, the installer does a check and would normally tell you if you are on an unsupported operating system. The portable of course doesn't have this check, but Pale Moon 27 won't work because it relies on kernel features not present in NT5.* (Windows XP/Server2003)

It "expired" years ago, and it not safe to use.
You should upgrade to a newer O/S instead of complaining about Pale Moon not working...
