Can someone please tell me, what must happen or be a prerequisite, that
the red marked Button won't disappear when clicking 'Done' in 'Customize Toolbar'-Dialog?

Turn off the Menu Bar and the button will show up.. It is regarded as redundant when the Menu Bar is show because it has a Bookmarks Menu.
Why would you need a menu item and a button to do the same thing only pixels apart?
