initial bookmarks on Bookmarks toolbar missing

Hello,

I'm new to Pale Moon; using 26.3.3 (Atom/WinXP)

as you can see here ...

I moved the inital books to a new folder 'def'
and now not any bookmark is shown in Bookmarks Toolbar :-(

(the 'temporary error' at bottom right comes from a plugin that shows the external IP-address)
