Installing Plug-ins

Unread post by dougkeeling » 2015-03-29, 03:42

I am using the latest version of Pale Moon on a Windows 7 64-bit computer. When I attempt to install add-ons, they appear to install, but most are not useable/visible after installation. I have never experienced this before on other computers. What's wrong?

Are you using the 64-bit version of Pale Moon? If so, please take a moment to re-visit the Pale Moon x64 page and read the point about limited availability of 64-bit plugins.

If you are using the 32-bit version, then please let us know which plugins you are trying to install.

I did check my Pale Moon version. It is X64 and up to date. But now, I am able to select and install add-ons! Don't know what happened--maybe Moonchild waved his/her magic wand?

Thank you, M/C!
