So for super dummies like myself, for a fresh install of Pale Moon - where would you go for the plug-in that enables Flash Player to work on Pale Moon Browser? The Adobe Plug-in redirect from this page on the official Pale Moon website no longer works: https://addons.palemoon.org/

I was able to get it working on my browser only because I was able to install the plug-in before the fall of Adobe Flash Player (uninstalling Flash Player and re-installing an older Flash Player Version [courtesy to this forum] while still having the plug-in for Pale Moon that I downloaded before Adobe made dead end links while disabling all automatic updates). Now it redirects to a dead end.

Anyone got any ideas for people who want to use Flash on a freshly installed Pale Moon Browser?

What OS?

EDIT:
I found an old archive, but I don't know if these files are official: ftp://www.daba.lv/pub/MultiVide/MacroMedia/flv/adobe/
Use at your own risk.
For Ubuntu, Flash should be still in partner repo.

I've just finished uninstalling/installing Flash on my Win7 system to determine the cut-off of the latest working version.

Flash 32.0.0.387 is the first version which does not work.

Flash 32.0.0.371 Is the newest version that still works.

Tested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html

Download my copy of Flash 32.0.0.371: https://www.mediafire.com/file/so2tje6d ... 1.zip/file
Win7 Pro SP1 64 Bit
Comodo Internet Security
Pale Moon 33.0.2, Epyrus Mail 2.1.2, Firefox 115.8.0esr, Thunderbird 115.8.1, and SeaMonkey 2.53.18

Thank you LAR Grizzly, P4ntiumUser, and moonraker for the replies. I've already picked out a suitable old version of Adobe Flash Player installed that is working however...

My OS is unfortunately windows 10. As I stated before, I was only able to get Adobe Flash Player working since I had the "Adobe Flash 32.0.0.363 (Shockwave Flash 32.0 r0)" Plugin already installed on my Pale Moon Browser before the link (where you were supposed to get this Plugin/Add-on) went into a dead end. I already have an old version of Adobe installed and working, but as far as I can tell - If you don't already have this Plugin/Add-on on your Pale Moon browser - Pale Moon users won't be able to use flash even if they installed an old version of flash on their computer, since the link to the Plugin/Add-on is a dead end.

I'd like to be wrong 100%, but I don't have another computer to test it on. I disabled the Plugin to see if it works even without it, but even with only an installed old Adobe Flash Player the screen does not display flash content.

The website I am using for testing is: http://www.screamingstatue.com/accuracymain.php

I used Microsoft Edge to see if it works, of course it gets "timebombed". Pale Moon makes the flash content display correctly only because I suspect that it has everything to do with the mentioned Plugin/Add-on that my current Pale Moon browser has already installed from a long time ago.

Is there a link or page where a newly installed Pale Moon browser can get the "Adobe Flash 32.0.0.363 (Shockwave Flash 32.0 r0)" Plugin/Add-on or something similar? Or is there an angle that I haven't looked into yet? Thanks in advanced for the replies.

I uninstalled the last version of Flash. Then I installed 32...371, 32...171, and 18...whatever the last version was. None of them work. My only need is for RealPlayer to play the Flash videos I downloaded with it. They won't play there, and they won't play when I go to the Videos folder and click on them directly, individually there. Is there any way of making this thing work? Thanks.

EDIT: Also, on Control Panel>System and Security, the last item shown on that panel is 'Flash Player (32-bit)' even though Flash Player isn't installed at the moment. That entry stayed there all the time I was uninstalling/reinstalling the various versions. Assuming I wind up without Flash on my machine, is there any way to get rid of that entry?

I've been told that the current version of W10 was designed to prevent Flash from working in that OS in any way/capacity. Can anybody confirm that they're still able to use Flash (somehow) in 20H2? Thanks.

I currently have 32.0.0.171 installed in Windows 10 2004 (which is the most current that I have been offered) and it works just fine.

Thanks, Moonchild, for the feedback.

I sent Real a video, and they said it played fine for them, w/o Flash installed. Real told me to download K-Lite Mega codecs, which I did. The videos still won't play in RealPlayer, but will play in MPC-HC (downloaded with K-Lite) and Windows Media Player. So apparently it's not true that MS time-bombed Flash in 20H2, even though a MS forum person told me so. I'm still communicating with various personages about this.

MS provided an update that uninstalls Adobe Flash Active X, this is the AddOn for Internet Explorer on Windows 8.1 and 10, because there Flash is included in the system.
I don't know that they did something to NPAPI/PPAPI Flash.

Pentium4User, I'm barely literate about any of this stuff, but I basically understand what you're saying. The MS forum person didn't make any kind of distinction like this, but what you describe would explain the results I'm getting I guess. I have a remote session with a Real person scheduled for next Monday to see if he can figure out what's going on. Thanks for responding.

I did a remote session with a Real employee today. I don't think we really ever understood what the problem was, but at least the situation is functional now. He couldn't get things to work with my old version of RealPlayer, so he downloaded the current version. That was a problem at first, but he got it working. So the Flash videos play now without Flash being on my machine. However, I have to recreate the 11 playlists because even though the playlists show up on the RealPlayer product, the folder/database/whatever that contains info about the playlists is missing from my C: drive.

Not sure if the OP is satisfied, but it's apparently a matter of installing the proper old version for Flash to work in a browser.
