Flash Player Beta (v. 30 & 31) works on Basilisk but not on PM stable or unstable. I have the plugin set to "Always Activate".
Various "Test Flash" sites (including Adobe's) show it's installed, but the "test images" don't show.
In particular, I'm looking at this site (warning -> cat movie)

I haven't tested older versions.

No problem with flash v28 at least which is the one I have installed.
the issue might be that they are serving the page over https and the flash is served over http. This will be blocked by Pale Moon as mixed-mode active content unless you give permission (click the shield in the address bar).

Improving Mozilla code: You know you're on the right track with code changes when you spend the majority of your time deleting code.
