Hi All!

My Pale Moon is blocking advertisements.

It's okay with me, and I don't know why it's doing that...

but I need to white-list the ad blocking. How do I do that? Can it be done?

Here are my browser extensions:

Code: Select all

Name Version Enabled
CSHelper 1.0 true
DOM Inspector 2.0.16 true
DownloadHelper 4.9.24.1-signed true
DownThemAll! 2.0.18.1-signed true
Element Inspector 0.0.7 true
keyconfig 20110522 true
Live HTTP headers 0.17.1-signed true
Lucifox 0.9.7.1-signed true
Preserve Download Modification Timestamp 2013.05.11.19b true
BetterPrivacy 1.68.1-signed false
NoScript 2.6.9.31 false
Thanks,
Mark.
Note: I have performed an Internet search for this and could not find an answer. I did a PM web site search and could not find the answer.

PS: By "white-list" I mean the I want to turn ad blocking off when I'm on a certain site.

Pale moon has no built-in ad blocking.

Correction...

Never mind. Pale Moon isn't blocking ads. I am using a HOSTS file that blocks the DNS look-up of various, selected "undesired" sites. Some of those sites serve up ads.

Sorry. I forgot about my "special" HOSTS file.

HOSTS are a bad way to try and block ads..

Hosts is too much affected for problems (see this thread), slow down your PC (boot) and need much maintenance.
Ah and last but not least Hosts isn't designed for blocking ads nor use a large blacklist list.
