Flash 11.2

Unread post by Moonraker » 2015-11-08, 15:59

Hello forum,
Im currently using adobe flash player which i downloaded and installed for palemoon from the linux mint repository.I fully understand that this flash player is out of date but it does function perfectly fine for the few sites i need flash for.

Would i be correct in thinking that im ok to carry on using flash in this way as i disable it when not needed.

Thanks. :)

If you downloaded it from the linux mint repository it shouldn't be out of date. Current Flash for Linux is 11.2.202.540.

Thanks.Adobe stopped supporting flash on linux at v11.2.Only way to get an "updated" flash is by using the chrome browser but i have no intentions of doing such a thing.Im quite happy with pale moon. :D
