Portable x64 + Flashblock since Pale Moon 25.0.0

Hi all,
Long time Pale Moon user, first post here.
Since updating Pale Moon x64 Portable to version 25.0.0 (from previous release), Flashblock 1.5.17 behaves differently and not as expected.
Example:
Go to YouTube. You still get the F button and once allowed (for that item) the video plays. Then if you click links on the right hand side these just play as though you've allowed flash for that site. This didn't happen on previous versions of Palemoon (each new YouTube video would show the F button). Additionally if you then use the back button the videos will play automatically (i.e. Flash is not being blocked on a per item basis). However, if within the same tab (or a new one), you visit a bookmarked YouTube link the expected behaviour occurs -- the F button reappears. Then rinse and repeat: new links visited from then on are not flash-blocked again.
Stable system running:
Windows 7 x64 Ultimate Edition
Let me know if you need any more system info.
Thanks, and thanks for Pale Moon -- great browser!
