Since I do not speak speak Spanish, I'm assuming this add-on is not supported in 64 bit for both browsers or not in the 24 versions for each browser.

Thanks for your reply. It says it's not available for your platform, which it's true since iCloud Bookmarks is an add-on not for the GNU/Linux platform but for Mac OS X & Windows —because
iCloud is only available for iOS, Mac OS X & Windows 7 or newer. What I can't realize it's why I can't install this add-on in Pale Moon 24.7.1 x64 bits — Is it because it's a 64 bit browser or is it because Pale Moon has some core code modified and this add-on can't recognized it as a Firefox compatible program? I can't remember if you have Windows 7 32 bits on one of your laptops, or if you just use Linux Mint.
The thing is I need someone running a
32 bit Windows 7 —or newer—
with both Firefox ESR & Pale Moon installed who wants to try if he/she can install this add-on, please!

On the same OS, I tried this with Mozilla Firefox ESR 24.7.0 —32 bits, of course— and worked perfectly. I can't tell if this add-on is not compatible with 64 bits platforms or if there's a mod in Pale Moon that doesn't allow this add-on to be installed.
