Internet Download Manager

Unread post by AlanWP » 2014-07-25, 01:46

Operating system: Win 7
Browser version:24.6.2
32-bit or 64-bit?:64-bit
Problem URL:
Theme:
Installed add-ons:IDM CC
Installed plugins: (about:plugins)

I use IDM extensively in Firefox but despite transferring my profile to Pale Moon my IDM add on has disappeared.
Does anyone have it running on Pale Moon or do you know of a work around.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thanks

I would try creating a new profile and then re-installing your IDM add-on. If that works, then it was something in the transferred profile from Firefox which caused the problem.

In case you haven't found your answer, (and for others needing the solution):
1. Go to the folder where Internet Download Manager is installed, and find the file called idmmzcc.xpi.
2. Drag that .xpi file inside Pale Moon's Add-ons Manager, and restart the browser.

That's it!
