RSS feeds

I have metered bandwidth and an occasional RSS feed slips in undetected. Is it possible to disable RSS feeds? This unwanted streaming is a $$ killer.

Open about:config in urlbar
then type browser.urlbar.rss set it with doubleclick to false and restart pale moon

Edit: Oh ok.

Actually, dark_moon, this is something different.

A few things:
  1. RSS feeds are text-only, and will usually use negligible bandwidth.
  2. RSS feeds in Pale Moon are only used if you actually subscribe to them (i.e. with live bookmarks) so they never pull in any data otherwise
So, are you sure this is RSS related? Can you please explain in more detail?
