I use OneTab on Firefox on my Mac Mojave 10.14.6, and I find it very useful. I've been trying out Pale Moon and have got to the point where I'm trying to install OneTab on it, without success.
Is this possible, or if not are there any alternatives that work on Pale Moon?
Anyway to get OneTab installed on Pale Moon?

No, there is not. Modern day Firefox add-ons are not compatible with Pale Moon since Mozilla dumbed-down Firefox a while ago. Search Pale Moon's add-on site:

Would https://addons.palemoon.org/addon/tabs-to-portfolio/ or https://addons.palemoon.org/addon/session-manager/ perhaps fit your purpose?

You can get something like OneTab in the following circumstances:
1) If you have the settings set up to display the open tabs when you close the browser, AND
2) Pale Moon crashes for some reason, AND
3) You get lucky. (I do not know if you get lucky every time Pale Moon crashes or not).
THEN you get a list of tabs that were open right before Pale Moon crashed, and you have the ability to open all tabs or open individual tabs.
HOWEVER, you are not able to save that list/set up and after you make your choice(s), the special window goes away. Though you can keep that window open for as long as you want.
I do think that a good replacement for OneTab in Pale Moon could be Tabs to Portfolio.

Right-click a tab, 'Bookmark This Group of Tabs', might work as a poor-mans version of OneTab (not that I know how OneTab works, nor what it even was).

There is OneTab in CAA(caa:addon/onetab) and it works, though if you have very many tabs, you may want to increase script timeout perf, or one of addon scripts will time out in chrome context and it will break UI.
