'Open With Edge, IE, Chrome, and More' for non-Windows

I modified this extension to add minimal functionality on non-Windows platforms, by modifying a minimal amount of code. Now in non-Windows platforms you can modify the entries in the addon's Preferences window and use them.

There is no source repository or riiis' contact information, so I attach the modified extension.

This worked immediately on latest Pale Moon on MX Linux. I changed the top item to "Open with Mullvad Browser", and pointed it at /usr/bin/mullvad-browser, and it opens whatever page I point at in Mullvad. Seems pretty useful for going quickly to your secondary browser.
