Picture-in-picture extension for UXP?

Just wondering if a Picture-in-Picture extension for UXP browsers exist like at all, considering stock Firefox has it in there by default, I want to at least have an extension or a way to backport it into UXP.

PMPlayer uses embed tags to display the video. Youtube seems to have (intentionally?) broken embeds so it won't work currently, other sites remain supported.
