the Classic-Add-Ons Archive from JustOff for old extensions: Is the server https://ca-archive.us.to/storage/..., where the extensions are stored down? I can't reach it.

You have the correct URL. Alex the Waterfox developer hosts the files on his servers.

I think you need the Classic Add-ons Archive extension to reach it. I can access it through that extension.
