Greetings!

I want to collaborate on porting SamePlace and xmpp4moz to Pale Moon.


About

SamePlace was a research project started in 2005. It explored a novel way of designing real-time, multi-user applications by mixing the best bits of the web and instant messaging technologies.

It resulted in an extension for the Firefox browser (which became popular on its own as instant messaging client), a research paper and talk for XTech 2007, and a grand prize in the Extend Firefox 2 contest.

I tried installing xmpp4moz once, but there were too many errors. Probably needs changes to deprecated API use.
