he panel that pops up when you click the uBO toolbar button has tooltips for all its functions. Open the logger from there, type '--' in the filter to show only blocked content, and refresh the webpage you're currently looking at to see what was blocked among scripts and trackers.

I don't know, sometimes I think multiple things happen with each filter list.

As in, each filter does more than one thing even if they say otherwise. But in any case, that is still good info. Each focuses on something specific I am sure.

That's what the logger is for - you can see what was filtered using what rule from what filterset. Sometimes there's overlap between lists, so it's better not to have too many (also for performance reasons).

Not surprising, I wonder if the disable cosmetic filters has to do with disabling those overlapped filters

Cosmetic filters just apply CSS rules to the site.
