Clearly the setting is assuming default values that don't align with Pale Moon's default values (since they differ from Firefox in that they were already defaulting to the "more privacy aware" settings). You should just remove the dns prefetching one from that code as it's already exposed in Pale Moon's preferences? Or at least separate out...
