Problems with Roboform and 'paste' in v24.0.1

Hi folks.
First post, so please be gentle!

I've got two problems, which are driving me crazy.
1) I use 4 add-ons: NoScript, Pale Moon Commander, Pearl Crescent Page Saver Basic and Roboform.
Roboform doesn't work (toolbar not listed under 'View' - 'Toolbars') after I updated to v24.0 (and v24.0.1) - it did before. But here's the crazy thing - if I 'Restart with add-ons disabled' - it does work! But if I disable any or all of the other add-ons, (with a normal start) it doesn't work! Why on earth does it show up and work when it should have been disabled with a restart, but it won't work with a normal start? The Roboform toolbar is listed under 'view' - 'toolbars' when I restart with add-ons disabled, but not with a normal start. Help!
(BTW - Roboform works fine in Firefox - I'm resorting to Firefox for all the sites I visit requiring log-ins)
An alternative is to bring up my log-in details in Roboform itself and copy and paste the details. Which brings me to problem 2.
2) 'Paste' (from clipboard) doesn't work (and neither does Ctrl-V). It used to, but it stopped working with the Pale Moon version before v24 (was that 23.0?). I have tried hours of messing with about:config etc. but nothing I have come across has restored the function It also works fine in Firefox and in every other application on my computer. It doesn't work in Pale Moon Safe Mode or normal mode.
Suggestions, please!
