Add bookmark here (2) seems to have lost it's function in 24.1 (maybe 24.0 , I didn't check). I liked being able to assign keywords as I bookmark pages, Also, the bookmark icon (with the downward pointing arrow) has disappeared. The funny thing - if I click on "customize", it appears!
I've tried 2 different themes, and have the problem in both.
I will contact the add-on builder and see if there is anything that can be done there, but that still doesn't explain the icon problem. Any advice?
Updated: I got the icon back (had to use Personal Menu 5.1.0 add-on) The icon works, but the downward pointing arrow is still gone.

Suspect problem with Add Bookmark Here ² 17.0.20121128 wrapped up in Mozilla's pre-Australis "Move the bookmark star button outside of the location bar" bug #748894 followed by "Back out star button UI changes" in bug #687343 - both were introduced in Firefox 23 UI code.
I note you have already reported problem, and asked the developer for assistance, on both AMO page and Support site! Nice!

Two thoughts: i) Might get more traction with developer if Firefox 24.0 exhibits same problem - easy to check this out. ii) Given the large number of Bookmarks related Add-ons it is quite likely this functionality, or very similar, exists in other Add-ons?
BTW - Latest Pale Moon version is 24.0.1 - not 24.1

I went quickly through 24.0 and on to 24.0.1 (yes, indeed) before I realized the problem, so I don't know if it appeared in 24.0 also. I am awaiting some word from the add-on developer. I can still assign keywords using "organize bookmarks", but it is so much more convenient to do it "on the fly". Thanks for answering...I'll keep my eyes open!
BTW, (i) no one has reported this problem on the Firefox forum...yet, and
(ii) Cannot find that particular function in any other add-on. Hope this gets fixed - I've become spoiled!
(Edit) Fixed! Apparently there is a new version of ABH(2) (23.0.20130728) now available. Huzzah! Huzzah!
