Hello:
I am trying to find a button extension that opens Pale Moon's Preferences window.
It is interesting that we have at least 3 button extensions to open the "about:config" settings, but not one to open the normal Preferences.
Is there a classic add-on that someone might recommend?
Thanks!
Preferences Button

Re: Preferences Button
The add-on "Toolbar Buttons" has a button called "Options" which will open preferences for you.
Right click -> Customize and drag the button where you will.
I don't think the add-on is still available from its website, so I've uploaded it here.

It is common to think of our own time as standing at the apex of civilisation from which the deficiencies of preceding ages may patronisingly be viewed in the light of what is assumed to be progress. The reality is that in the long perspective of history the present century will not hold an enviable position unless the second half is to redeem its first.

Re: Preferences Button
Toolbar Buttons is a lot easier to use if you also install
Sort and Search Customization Dialogs 0.1.3.1-signed.1-signed
caa:addon/sortcustomizationdialog
as it keeps them in order.

Re: Preferences Button
You can use a keyboard shortcut to open the preferences. Ctrl-, or Cmd-, for Mac, will open that window.
I was not aware of extensions to give a button to open about:config. I put a bookmark for that on my bookmarks toolbar.

This is quite a convenient way for Mac users like me.

Re: Preferences Button
Try Alt-t-p. Other users can try by replacing the Alt key with the Mac equivalent.
