Navigation Bar Enhancer alters/breaks URLs

Navigation Bar Enhancer extension has a critical bug and I can't find where to contact the programmers/developers. It usually changes some lowercase parts of URLs (beginning of words and even 'Http') to uppercase, which somehow load the first time, but if you exit & restart, they may not load (especially won't on 127.0.0.1 or file:///).

At a guess go to the options and uncheck "Make each word start with a capital letter".
