Firefox 3 theme for Firefox 4+

The ‘Firefox 3 theme for Firefox 4+’ hasn’t been updated for a long time, and many new features (e.g. the new download panel) are missing.

Could you developers update this theme to the current version of Palemoon?
Now, with Fx 25 coming out soon, such a theme has the potential of moving tens of thousands of users to the Palemoon community.
