Can you allow comments at the bottom of each add-ons page?
This would allow users to leave reviews, tips, or questions at a convenient location.
The playstore on android allows comments for each app. Softpedia allows comments for each program.

Re: General request for add-ons pages
Allowing comments means adding a task of moderation and combatting spam in yet another place. That'll be a no.

This subforum already exists for the same purpose, and authors of extensions/forks have their own separate threads here to discuss them, you can search for existing PM extensions by name here.

Re: General request for add-ons pages
In that case, a generic "support/feedback" link to this section of the forum on each add-on seems it could be useful.
Or better yet, for add-ons with dedicated threads, they could be linked to their thread here from their respective add-ons page. Thread time-out might become an issue though. And I doubt anyone wants to curate that, but it could be automated or the task could be outsourced to the add-on developers themselves.
My two cents.

Re: General request for add-ons pages
That is already an option. extension devs can indicate a support URL in the panel.
It's not up to us to enforce that if they decide not to use it.

Re: General request for add-ons pages
Many of us have already done exactly that.
