URL Rewriter 2.8.4 - how does it work?

See screen-shot - virtually totally unresponsive extension --- so how is this extension supposed to work?

I've tried this extension in past - for a while (back when) it was responsive but has been totally unresponsive (in my case) for a very long time.

Reason for extension - to see if it can fix comenity bank issue (viewtopic.php?f=70&t=29728) posted in Web Compatibility forum:
1) In Pale Moon the URL - https://d.comenity.net/ac/advantage/public/home gets redirected to https://d.comenity.net/ac/ - which is an irrelevant website that does not render in Pale Moon.
2) Other browsers do not redirect the URL: https://d.comenity.net/ac/advantage/public/home.

In as much as I'm assuming the comenity bank site would work in Pale Moon if the redirect did not occur my goal (using extension - if it would work) is to redirect bad URL (https://d.comenity.net/ac/ which is an irrelevant page) back to original correct URL (https://d.comenity.net/ac/advantage/public/home).

To your question - I am pretty good with URL Rewriter, but I don't think it will solve your auto-redirect problem with that link in Pale Moon. It will probably just keep looping back to try to redirect to that other site.
