※Please note that this investigation is NOT endorsed by the Pale Moon development team and any participation would be at your own risk, and you are advised to create a backup profile before any tinkering with extensions that could damage it.
If you are already an active NoScript user, that is, you use NoScript in your ordinary Pale Moon profile and have never encountered any weird behaviour like system crashes, then I would request you comment here with the clipboard information from about:support, describing your system,
※Obviously, if you are an active NoScript user, then to avoid wasting everybody else’s time, any incidental problems you might have in Pale Moon should be replicated in a clean profile (one which has never had NoScript installed in it) before requesting help on this forum.
If you have suffered system crashes, profile corruption or other problems with NoScript on your current system and have the time to spare, I would ask that you recreate the instability with NoScript 5·1·9, either in a new profile or in a duplicate of your normal one, and provide the same technical information as for an active NoScript user, as well as a thorough description of the problem, as though it were an ordinary bug report (such as NoScript installed into a fresh profile on so-and-so system and left to idle on the start page will crash the browser after 5–10′).
If you are in the mood to experiment, then I invite you to do so, such as by installing NoScript and testing different settings in it to see which ones seem to crash the browser or agree with it, and report on your method and any findings.
