May I ask just what is "slug squatting" ?
Every extension on the Pale Moon add-ons site has an internal identifier (a "slug") which is a short and unique ID for each add-on. "slug squatting" would mean that an extension developer would choose a slug for their extension that is a common name or ID for an existing add-on not belonging to them. e.g. if someone would make an adblocker extension and give it the slug "adblockplus" while it isn't Adblock Plus. It's considered an etiquette issue and a grey area to avoid.

Where did DOM Inspector go? I cannot find it in the addons site any more.
You can probably find it on binaryoutcast.com somewhere.
Came here to ask the same thing. Found it here. Thanks Moonchild
Would be nice to have it on the Pale Moon addons site, but I guess that's up to the DOM Inspector author.

DOM Inspector’s author had hosted the whole add-ons site until two months ago. You can read what had happened here and in following announcements.
Browser: Pale Moon (Pusser’s repository for Debian)
Operating System: Linux Mint Debian Edition 4 (amd64)
※Receiving Debian 10 LTS security upgrades
Hardware: HP Pavilion DV6-7010 (1400 MHz, 6 GB)

He didn't.
He just maintained a version compatible with Pale Moon in exclusive mode, for a while.

Cookie Masters stopped working for me several browser updates ago, but Cookie Permissions is a useful replacement and still works.

I keep using the good old Cookie Controller v6.1 by Ian Nartowicz... Not sure it is still available somewhere on the web, however...

It would be nice if you could make a public list of all the disabled add-ons, with working download links. That way, people could fix the issues (i.e. branding). Also, could you please tell me where to get all of Riiis' disabled add-ons in one go?
