According to the log I just looked at, you aren't using 29.4.4, but rather 29.4.0.2 -- In addition, you don't seem to be using an official version. So why don't you stop trying to dodge the question which has been repeatedly asked and honestly just tell us what you're using? Because as far as I can tell the add-ons site is correctly saying you're not on Pale Moon and helpfully directs you to where you can get it.

If you are using Windows XP then, no, you haven't.
Sifat, the Add-ons site can tell which operating system you use (as well as which browser version) and it responds based on that information. No amount of posting that you use something different will change that.

I am using windows 7 and now I can install Add-ons to after re-installing. I have got only one app (probably a game) which says I am using XP, other apps installed correctly, such as palemoon
