Since Pale Moon, since version 29.2.0, does not recognize/use extensions not created for PM, is there any use for the Classic Add-Ons Archive?

Yeah, so one can download and fork any of those extensions.

The only addon that I value that has not been forked/updated is Speed Dial, and I can live without that. So, otherwise, there is no reason to keep Classic Add-ons Archive?

If you're not planning on forking anything, then I guess not. But if I were you, I'd download the last working version of Speed Dial, just in case.

If this is Josep del Rio's Speed Dial, it's still available on the original author's site as well as through CAA.

And it looks like someone just ported it and it's in process of being reviewed.
