Broken: Addons Memory Usage - Intika MoD Topic is solved

The description for this extension includes the following:
"Provides an about:addons-memory page, listing the memory usage of all active add-ons to check each extension resources usage particularly memory the page provide also a memory cleaner button"

However, trying to go to that page just gets you an error message that the address isn't valid. I installed this extension from the Pale Moon site:
