This is a heads up that v 3.0.3 of I Don't Care About Cookies (published today) is apparently causing high CPU usage in Pale Moon.
I suspect it is due to release note point: "Extension's core app experimentally modified: it should work better in Firefox (when websites contain iframes) and generally faster in all browsers now."
I've already notified Daniel (the author) of the issue, and hope he'll publish an update soon to address this.
