Re: Clear URL for Pale Moon & Basilisk
ClearURLs has no install.rdf file in its archive, so it is a webextension. It would be useless for Pale Moon.
CleanLinks release file does not seem to be an .xpi file.

Re: Clear URL for Pale Moon & Basilisk
Extract (X) the files from the ZIP into some directory, say c:/tmp/.
The ZIP will extract itself into a directory named, /CleanLinks-2.7.0/.
So c:/tmp/CleanLinks-2.7.0/.
Change into that directory.
CD \tmp\clean*
Zip up the contents of that directory, naming it *.xpi.
ZIP cleaner_up_yal.xpi * -r
Drag cleaner_up_yal.xpi into PM.
.

Perhaps there is a language barrier, but your instructions are a bit difficult to understand.therube wrote:Extract (X) the files from the ZIP into some directory, say c:/tmp/.

Well, those instructions are oriented to using the command line.Thehandyman1957 wrote:instructions are a bit difficult to understand.therube wrote:Extract (X) the files from the ZIP [...]
For some that don't involve the command line, see here.

Thank you for that coffeebreak, took me a bit but I figured it out. Also added the GMcoffeebreak wrote:For some that don't involve the command line, see here.
Scripts from that link also.
