Is there or is it possible to develop an extension to save data in Pale Moon similar to the one below for Chrome Desktop?

"Use Google servers to optimize pages you visit"... highly unlikely, since you are throwing your privacy out of the window. Chrome is perfect for that kind of thing.

Wonder which privacy conscious user would like his traffic to be redirected to Google servers before reaching his device.
Apart from that, HTTPS sites (most of the traffic nowadays) and those requested in incognito mode won't be compressed and there is no benefit for such sites.
The technology offered by Google was copied from Opera who offered this service many years ago. At that time HTTPS sites where rather rare and there was a real benefit for those paying for a restricted band width. Aside of that, Opera had a better reputation concerning privacy than Google has...
