Cookies Manager+ v1.14.3 issue (Read Only setting) - Solved

I'm having a slight issue with Cookies Manager+ v1.14.3 issue (Read Only setting)
Issue seems to occur on both Pale Moon 28.2.2 and Basilisk 2018-11-07 - May have been occurring for a while as I only just recently visited a site I use that functionality upon.

I can mark a cookie Read Only.
For the session that will be retained.
However, upon restarting the browser and then checking Cookies Manager+ the cookie will no longer be read only.

Is there any way to fix this on Cookies Manager+ or another addon that allows edit of cookies and can mark all or part of such cookies as read only?

would it be possible to you to get me the Cookies Manager+ v1.14.3 aswell als the 1.13.2 ?

Unfortunately i've lost my old Pale Moon profile and don't know where to get this extension since Mozilla cleaned up their addons-repository (what Mozilla did the last weeks with deleting tons of extensions ist one of the worst things you can do to your community).
