Form Fillers - Which do you like?

I've had some success with Autofill Forms by Sebastian Tschan, v. 1.1.0.1 which shows this as it's home page:

I installed it from mozilla but I can't seem to find it there. Still, it only kinda-sorta-almost works. The author seems to intend for it to do almost what I'd want:

1. Keep a default profile for filling in all common fields.
2. Keep specific profiles for specific pages.
3. Select the appropriate profile automatically.
4. Fill the form with one button click.
5. (Not essential, but would be nice: A way to tell it "Remember the way I've filled this form manually.")
6. Do all of the above with purely local resources. I'm not interested in extensions that work by storing the information on a website somewhere. I don't care if it's encrypted. There is no good reason to add a complication & dependency like this.

But it doesn't quite work. I'm constantly resetting it and starting over trying to get it to behave. Anybody used anything that works like the above?
