does not translate anymore?? google being bad??? :o :( :roll:

the main reason I prefer this to " Translate This Page, Text, or Link " , is that it translates *inline* - IE, it replaces the text it translates!! (does not open a new page)
- if this part cannot be fixed, how about a **small** popup dialog box?? similar to the google website translate..

I have checked thoroughly with old versions of PM, firefox addon version, etc, etc.. :roll: very grateful for help from :ugeek: Dev!! :angel: :wearenotworthy:

Service extensions inevitably rely on the service being provided. if Google changed something, it may cause issues for extensions and the extensions will have to be updated. That's not necessarily Google being "bad", but simply changing something on the web part of their on-line translator.

The "gtranslate" extension provides a right-click context menu to translate selected text in a small popup window. You can download gtranslate by installing and using the "Classic Add-ons Archive" extension (https://github.com/JustOff/ca-archive/r ... /tag/1.2.2). Or, download using this direct link: https://ca-archive.biz.tm/storage/0/918 ... n=download. Note, the "gtranslate" extension installs from file, and runs out-of-the-box in Pale Moon 28.

This one is also in the classic Addons Archive and will translate inline.
Google Translate, ImTranslator, Dictionary, TTS
I tried the latest version 10.52 and it didn't play well with JustOffs Responsive Bookmarks Toolbar addon.
Installed Google Translate, ImTranslator, Dictionary, TTS v10.32 and it works great.
Had to use the Menu Wizard addon to remove all the extra unwanted context menu items.
Select text right click select inline translation. Google Translator for Firefox 2.1.0.5.3
Google Translator was great and I have used it for many years.

You will have to check the box for inline translation in the settings.

It didn't add a button or Menu>Tools item to open the archive?
Once you open the archive it has a search box like Mozilla's pages.

is there a *ONE* attachment limit or some problem with my fingers or editing?? :wtf: :crazy: :wtf: :crazy: :lol:

yes, found the button, extracted Imtranslate.. sort of works... tried youtube, and it *hard crashed** the PC, needing reset button.. (did not see massive memory use till too late..)

BUT.... :roll: :wave: this is plea to 'Riis' to :angel: please get 'Google Translator for Pale Moon' similar to that... :oops: :oops: :roll: :angel: :angel:

I will try when I get home from work, my pc is more powerful!! :ugeek: :coffee:

The 'option' for IMtranslate is way too large (12 fullscreen pages)... thats why it took me a while find the 'overwrite option!!
