Right clicking on the tab bar shows a "Reload All Tabs" option. Is this what you want?

Firefox 52 ESR = (EOL) unsupported browser since the release of Firefox 60 ESR
Pale Moon 28 = active development and full support

I see, i wonder why moon/basilisk werent updated yet to 60 ESR, maybe devs are waiting the next ESR?

No. Firefox has deviated so much from the direction that the Pale Moon devs plan on going that they are not going to be rebasing on any future versions of Firefox. Pale Moon is now based on the Unified XUL Platform (UXP).
