Any way to make it work on PMv28? Currently have v5.4.11 running on PM27

Maybe try Disconnect, it's what I use.

It's somewhat similar...

or uBlock Origin.

I'd like to get Ghostery working if at all possible.
Tried uBlock Origin and didn't get on with it (personal choice)
Can't seem to find Disconnect that's compatible.

There's a compatible version of Disconnect available via the Classic Add-ons Archive
(you'd need to install the Archive - it's another extension.)
