My toolbar add on isn't showing but is there in my 'add ons'

Hello

I need to use the hidden toolbar in question for work purposes, so it's crucial I get it to appear

When I 'right click' to customize, the toolbar I need isn't mentioned there, so I can't drag it into an empty area.

Can you help please?

It's a toolbar from a company that wouldn't be known I'm afraid. It's difficult for me to explain really, but it works in Mozilla (it works for other users there, but I don't want to go back to Firefox)

I can PM you with the info, as I'd rather keep details of the toolbar private if possible (and no it's nothing to do with anything questionable, more to do with the user agreement I signed)

I can't post the add on name, due to privacy reasons, and no one else will be using it, but can PM the name if necessary.

The toolbar was successfully downloaded saturday, and was visible, but now I can only see details of it in my 'extensions' (I hope that makes sense!)

Sorry so then i can't help you. Don't know why you can't tell us the addonname, but maybe the addon isn't compatibly with PM 15.4 / Gecko 15 engine?

I've said twice that I can PM the add-on name.

To repeat, and due to the nature of my work, the details of the toolbar cannot be discussed on a public forum, but I thought that someone out there could offer some 'behind the scenes' help.

Not to worry, if I don't get anywhere in the next couple of hours, I'll remove Pale moon and go back to Firefox. A pity but there you go...
