Element Hider Helper for Adblock Plus not working

With Pale Moon 28, Element Hider Helper for Adblock Plus doesn't seem to work with Adblock Latitude any more. Pale Moon still reports it as being installed and compatible, but I don't see the option in the Adblock Latitude menu, nor does the keyboard shortcut work any more. Is there an alternative to this extension of Adblock Latitude/Pale Moon?
