Looking for extension for right-click to whitelist cookies

Is there an extension that adds an entry to the right-click menu for "Allow cookies for this site"? I want to be able to keep cookies turned off and whitelist sites one-by-one using only the keyboard, which rules out toolbar buttons because those require the mouse.
