Just upgraded to Windows PM v28 under Window 10 Pro x64 and "Saved Password Editor 2.7.3.1-signed" Extension no longer functions. Specifically, clicking "New" in Saved Logins doesn't bring up the "New" dialog. The "New" button appears to operate, but no dialog appears. I was trying to save my Roku.com login information if you need the "test page".
It's not a huge deal yet as "New" still works in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS Linux PM v27.9.4 (64-bit), and OwnCloud Sync still transfers saved passwords to the Windows platform PM v28 browser, so I can at least look-up username/password combos. Just a little inconvenient.
"Saved Password Editor 2.7.3.1-signed" stopped working in PM v28 x64

Try to use the Classic Password Editor for PaleMoon - for me it works fine (Lubuntu 64-bit). It's specially designed for PaleMoon and has the same functions.

Yup, that seemed to cure the issue. "Classic Password Editor 1.0.3" works in Windows 10 Pro x64 PM v28.0.0 x64. The "New" button works like it did before on the Roku site. Seems to also work under Linux PM v27.9.4, as it says it will. Now I'm back on track.
Thanks!
P.S. https://messages.android.com/ is another can't live without thing that works well on the 4K desktop PM screen too. (I know, off topic)
