How do I block specific domains ?

Unread post by bawldiggle » 2018-07-14, 22:05

I have tried "BlockSite" extension, but it phones home :evil:
I don't want to fiddle with Firewall just to block the phone home extortion.
.
Thanks in advance :)

uBlock Origin works for me.

Example (to block the entire .download TLD):

Code: Select all

||.download^
To make an exception:

Code: Select all

@@mkvtoolnix.download

You could also use your operating system’s hosts file.
See for example: http://winhelp2002.mvps.org/hosts.htm
