Looks like it may have been taken down (because it was broken with no one to fix it).
See here.
Known Incompatible Add-ons (under "FORKED"):
  • "HTTPS Everywhere
    As Encrypted Web (NOTE: This extension has been
    abandoned and will not work on Pale Moon 27 or above)"
Link -> 404 Not Found

It's possible the original developer removed it. In any case, I've removed the entry from the Incompatible Add-ons page to avoid confusion.

If the OP is still looking for a maintained/forked version of HTTPS Everywhere, there is one that installs for Iceweasel-UXP, both compatible with Pale Moon v27 and v28.

You are aware that you just broke this add-on's license, right?

Why? I have installed it from the Palemoon Addon Site.

AFAIK when you redistribute software licensed under GPL-2 you must distribute it with the license.

Thanks for mentioning this; HTTPS Always works very nicely indeed. :thumbup:

The only downside of this fork is that it has a comparatively slow release schedule, compared to upstream and the original Encrypted Web. Still, it was updated just recently (30th November). Hopefully, the authors will continue with their efforts.
