Forecast and Weather on the Side

Forecast and Weather on the Side is installed, but I don't see the WU button that's supposed to activate it on the "toolbar."

If you mean the one for customizing toolbars, yes, that was the first thing I tried after verifying the extension was installed and enabled. It was not among the available items.

Sometime after I posted the question, the button appeared as if by magic, and worked fine. Sometime later, it disappeared again, and remains gone. And it still does not appear in the list of items available for adding to toolbars.
