Hi!
I loaded the https_everywhere addon but it does not appear in the navigation bar. In the addon menu, i see there are several addons marked by a blue point and some (among them foobar, https-everywhere and also Facebook Purity) by an orange point (which i suspect is meaning there are not compatible. But i didn' find an explanation for that marking points (?).
In the palemoon addon site is explained to install https-everywhere by the Moon Tester Tool. But if i do so, the https-everywhere xpi is rejected (not valid xpi file).
Thanks in advance for any help!

In regards to the blue and orange dots, see the following page (and there is also a tooltip): viewtopic.php?f=24&t=14280

The version you were attempting to add was likely not compatible with Pale Moon.
Here is the most recent version that IS compatible with Pale Moon: HTPPS Everywhere Version 5.2.21 (click on this link to install this compatible version)

^ Followup: To explain further --- The "Pale Moon Tester Tool" you are using provides this information:
FYI: you get this list (illustrated in the screen-shot above) by scrolling down the AMO add-on page of the specific extension to where you see the link that says "See all version" and clicking on this link -- you would then scroll down the list of previous version until you find a version that has the "Add to Pale Moon" button....
Hope this helps.
You will notice that the most recent version that produces the "Add to Pale Moon" button is version 5.2.21 (more current versions than this are presumably problematic in regards to Pale Moon). Upon locating the most current version of the add-on you would then click on that button (circled) to install in Pale Moon.FYI: you get this list (illustrated in the screen-shot above) by scrolling down the AMO add-on page of the specific extension to where you see the link that says "See all version" and clicking on this link -- you would then scroll down the list of previous version until you find a version that has the "Add to Pale Moon" button....

Re: https_everywhere seems to not be active
Thanks a lot for the explanation: I get you right, right, that i install the extension directly, right?
The <Install Test Add-on> menu (of the Moon Tester Tool) is not for installing but only for testing?
