https everywhere does not appear

I installed https everywhere as suggested along with moon tester tool. But https eveywhere does not appear in the navigation bar (where noscript, ublock, disconnect show up)? Is that normal?
Btw, the same is true for Decentraleyes ...

(I'm using Encrypted Web, not HTTPS Everywhere, but) did you try right-clicking on the toolbar, selecting Customize, and looking for the button to drag onto the toolbar?

In any case, i found the answer thanks to the help i got: I installed the add-on (it was the correct version - 5.2.2.1) directly, not thru Moon Test Tool. After i installed it with Moon Test Tool it's marked by a blue dot and the icon appears correctly.
