Tool request: Back up all existing .xpi along with descriptions and comments.

If they are even still available on live servers, it would be nice to know the entire DB could be preserved, perhaps people would take up attempting to convert some of their favorite .xpi (perhaps that are abandoned) that is is possible to rewrite for webobjects if all that OS code could all be preserved(it might also give people ideas to recreate/add features to other extensions in the future). Comments/reviews also sometimes contain useful info for deciding whether to install, or sometimes even other projects or workarounds.

I know PM has their smaller DB of tools tested with PM specifically, but there are many other xpi that will also work with it, and it would be a shame to see the entire collection lost to history, and nice to give access to it to even the technically non inclined, especially those who still use PM.
